SPRING IS BUSTIN’ OUT ALL OVER
And then there’s the rain. Before romance can bloom, a little rain of loneliness must fall. Sir James Barrie once wrote "Even love unreturned has its rainbow." Doesn’t that just catch your breath? Make your heart trip at the sight of a rainbow even more? Make those little drips romantic, like romance is just waiting for the rainbow to appear?
Spring says to me “Don’t worry. Everything is gonna be all right.” The sun is gonna shine. Life is gonna look up. Cold lonely days and nights are soon gonna be over.
Even if a man doesn’t appear, new flowers make me feel “okay.” They help me get by. I might cry. I might wish things were different, or better, but I still have hope that the year is gonna pan out into something golden. I feel a certain bit of grace in existing as I am, being myself, even being alone for a time.
That grace will see me through to a new season. Call me silly, but grace brings faith that things will change for the better. Do you feel it too?

Wishing you happiness and peace.
I have never looked at a dandelion as a weed. How can anything that is edible and have such a beautiful yellow color to it be a weed.

I always liked dandelions, sometimes they are the only thing that looks cheery in the early days of springtime.

I love spring flowers and they do make me hope for a new love to appear on the horizon...I've never really thought about dandilions but since you've told me that they mean faithfulness...I'll defnitely look at them differently. Thanks for the post!

I agree, spring makes me feel hope and optimism... All the energy and life, nature throwing off winter and everything begins to grow... Love it!

That was a wonderful post. I really enjoyed the poetic way you expressed yourself about Spring. I love Spring also. It seems like love is in the air, with everything budding out and the green coming back to our lawns.
